Vauxhall demonstrated their wit and tongue-in-cheek sense of humour, in response to England's recent Football World Cup qualifier in Warsaw against Poland. The pitch was severely water logged as a result of the roof not being closed early enough in the week.
Vauxhall responded quickly as an Official Sponsor of England by highlighting a USP of their new product - "The Cascada – A roof that can close in 19 seconds". This campaign was quick witted and extremely appropriate, receiving a lot of
positive feedback.
